AMERICAN TRANSPLANT FOUNDATION
On average, 22 people die every day from the lack of available organs for transplant. This number could be smaller if we dismissed many of the myths surrounding organ donation and educated ourselves on the facts: one deceased donor can save up to eight lives through organ donation and can save and enhance more than 100 lives through tissue donations.
We support the Foundation’s mission to generate awareness and maximize living organ donation.
ST. JUDE CHILDREN’S RESEARCH HOSPITAL
St. Jude’s provides treatment to children suffering from childhood cancer and other life-threatening medical conditions at no cost to the family. Over the past couple decades, St. Jude’s has helped push the overall childhood cancer survival rate from 20% to more than 80% with medical breakthroughs funded by public contributions.
